Anna Dibona, MD

Dr. Anna DiBona is an experienced Internal Medicine physician with 22 years of experience providing care to adult patients in primary care, hospital, and long-term care settings. She earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from SUNY Downstate Health Sciences Center in Brooklyn after completing her Bachelor of Science through the Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education at CUNY Medical School.
Dr. DiBona has extensive experience as a hospitalist, caring for patients with a wide range of acute and complex medical needs across hospitals in New York, New Jersey, Vermont, and Indiana. She has also provided primary care to patients in nursing home and assisted living settings, including telemedicine visits when in-person care was not possible.
Throughout her career, Dr. DiBona has precepted and supervised nurse practitioners and physician assistants and has worked extensively with electronic medical records, including Epic and Practice Fusion.
Her clinical experience includes primary care, preventive health, chronic disease management, hospital medicine, and care for older adults.
