AFFA Medical provides diagnostic evaluations to support OPWDD eligibility, although we are not officially affiliated with OPWDD.

Our experienced team evaluates children from birth to 17 years of age who are at risk for, or are exhibiting, neurodevelopmental delays or differences, including autism evaluations with the ADOS-2, a structured, play-based observation.
